Reporting & Writing

As a local reporter and writer, I cover education, community development, and civic initiatives with a focus on rigorous, human-centered storytelling. I believe clear communication bridges institutional work with public understanding, whether through detailed grant proposals, research publications, or on-the-ground journalism.

Movement & Mindful Alignment

My movement practice is grounded in alignment-based, prop-supported yoga designed to support long-term mobility, nervous system regulation, and functional ease. With advanced teacher training, I teach beginner, functional, and restorative practices that prioritize safety, joint longevity, and deliberate pacing. My sessions—offered to individual practitioners, school faculties, and community organizations—emphasize that yoga is an adaptable tool for everyday physical resilience, never a performance.

Education & Research

With a Ph.D. in education, my background spans classroom teaching, higher education, research, and technical assistance. My scholarly focus centers on special education, literacy, and community-based systems that foster sustainable learning environments. Whether translating empirical data into competitive grant narratives or synthesizing complex academic literature, I bring an evidence-informed, systematic approach to organizational development, project framing, and proposal writing.
